If paid features are offered, all payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of results
- Job placement or hiring outcomes
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeBenchmark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
