What counts as a benchmark or a credit?
A benchmark is one run that compares a single resume against one or more job descriptions. 1 credit benchmarks your resume against 1 target job.
The free plan includes 10 credits to start. Starter is unlimited within a fair-use quota and supports up to 10 jobs per benchmark.
Credits do not expire.
Can I compare one resume against multiple jobs?
Yes. That is the core idea. A single benchmark takes one resume and multiple target jobs and produces per-job reports plus a cross-job view showing which gaps appear across multiple roles.
Is this an ATS score?
No. We do not claim to mimic any specific applicant tracking system. Scores summarize how well your resume supports the requirements of a specific job description, backed by quoted evidence.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal accessible through your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What does it cost to re-run a revised resume?
A revision is charged like any other run: 1 credit per target job. Reusing your earlier job set saves you time, not credits. Starter covers revisions within its fair-use quota.
Do you offer refunds?
Failed jobs return your credit automatically, and retrying a failed job never double-charges — you are only charged once it succeeds. We do not generally refund completed runs you simply did not find useful, but reach out if you think there is a fair exception.
What if I need more usage than Starter includes?
If you need higher quotas or you are running a program for many candidates, Scale supports multiple seats, shared billing, dedicated onboarding, priority support, and custom invoicing and terms. Contact sales to size it for your situation.
